Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this clean classy hotel. the room was neat, huge, it had a minibar, a storage and a kettle. - the restaurant was fabulous with tasty food and for every budget.

the staff was polite and welcoming and we greatly enjoyed it.

We found everything really good, recommend it to all. The hotel was quirky and clean, its location was peaceful in a quiet neighbourhood, very good service. The food in the in-house restaurant was local! Really enjoyed easy check-in and late check-out.

The venue is charming and fairly clean. Great and absolutely perfect location just off many bars and shopping, the town centre, and a pleasant restaurant. - Welcoming, pleasant staff towards all guests. - So many decent options for breakfast, such as coffee and tea.

Very central location, walkable distance to bus stations, easy access to sea garden, friendly staff, working TV and WiFi.

During my recent stay at Chipilakoff, I was impressed by the beautiful 19th-century building that the hotel is housed in. The room was incredibly spacious and tall, creating a unique atmosphere. The location was fantastic, right near the city center and within walking distance of the major tourist attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and proficient in English, making communication effortless. I also appreciated the convenience of having private parking available on-site in a secured yard. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was a major plus. I highly recommend Chipilakoff for its charm, location, and excellent amenities.

The hotel was in need of some serious updating and maintenance. while the positive aspects were enjoyable, the poor condition of the hotel made for a less than pleasant experience.

We also enjoyed the location, it was conveniently close to the center and the parking was definitely useful. the room was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing weekend retreat.

We did notice some minor cleanliness issues, particularly with the furniture, which could have been improved. the bathroom was quite small, but manageable.
